Sea Gate
SEA GATE - is a spacious brightly colored 5 bedroom/5 bath villa. The view draws your attention as soon as you enter the house from under a bougainvilla -draped pergola with its vista of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean.
The living and dining area spill out onto the deck for an airy indoor/outdoor living experience. Just under the overhang of the deck is a large hot tub/spa. The large kitchen is well equipped for indoor or outdoor cooking.
The Great Room has skylights in a vaulted ceiling, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, a complete entertainment unit, Mexican tile floors and new teak living and dining room furniture.
On the entry level, on opposite sides of the Great Room are two equal bedrooms one with a queen-sized bed, each with a private bath, and a view of the bay. An additional bedroom is adjacent to the dining area and has a queen-sized bed and private bath with a charming indoor/outdoor stone shower.
On the lower level is another large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bath that opens onto its own deck adjacent to the new swimming pool. Also on this level is a smaller bedroom, perfect for children, with twin beds and bath.
Outside tropical plants surround Seagate providing a peaceful and private setting. The ample pool deck and 21x12 size pool entice you to spend time enjoying the view and tanning from the deck and there's a smaller kitchenette also located on the lower level close to the pool. Seagate is nestled on a generous lot that slopes about 150 feet to the shore of Chocolate Hole Bay where moored sailboats sway gently to the rhythm of the sea. Swimming and snorkeling are possible from the Bay's sandy beach which is an easy short walk along a dirt path to Chocolate Hole Beach.
Remember... All homes are fully equipped and
are cleaned and ready for you. You will be met on arrival and escorted to your
vacation home. An 8% Island tax and a security deposit is added to the above
rates.
