Alta Gracia - is a four bedroom, four bath villa with pool, located on Contant Point, in the private Waterclip enclave. Every room in this villa presents magnificent vistas of the sparkling turquoise waters across Pillsbury Sound with St. Thomas in the distance.
The covered veranda offers a dining table perfect for dinner with a view. The balcony beckons you to sit and read or marvel at the wonderful panorama.
The spacious great room provides a perfect area for entertaining or conversation. The great room with its comfortable furnishings provides a warm and inviting setting for your indoor activities featuring rattan furnishings, handmade hardwood cabinetry and Mexican tile floors. The fully equipped kitchen is set off from the great room by a striking wood topped island counter.
The oversized master suite has a king size bed and unique bath with bidet and a room-sized double shower. From this bedroom the sliding glass doors open to the expansive deck with its phenomenal view of the Pillsbury Sound
Three other bedrooms - one on the main level with private bath and two on the lower level that share a bath - have two full size double beds in each room. All four bedrooms also provide air conditioned comfort. This roomy villa offers sleeping arrangements that can accommodate up to ten extended family members or four couples.
The sunny pool deck will beckon you to relax and
enjoy the view. There's plenty of comfortable dining and lounging furniture
- just the perfect spot to watch the dazzling day time panorama, the awesome
colors of the sunset, or the twinkling lights of St. Thomas at night.
Remember... All homes are fully equipped and
are cleaned and ready for you. You will be met on arrival and escorted to your
vacation home. An 8% Island tax and a security deposit is added to the above
